For every High Flyers training mission we establish very specific client objectives. If we can't achieve your objectives, we won't take on the mission. If you're not satisfied the objectives have been achieved, we won't charge for our service.
The High Flyers Satisfaction Guarantee
  • High Flyers will work with the client before the training event to establish specifically what the client requires.
  • The client will specify their overall and ongoing training objectives.
  • High Flyers will plan a training mission that can achieve the specific client objectives.
  • The client will explain in detail their objectives, resources, challenges and current operations.
  • High Flyers will work within the framework of our overall team goals:
      >To help individuals and teams achieve their objectives in business and life, by training and coaching in the use of High Flyers techniques.
      >To set an example of superior performance as individual speakers, trainers and coaches.
      >To demonstrate operation as a high performance business team.
      >To see our work as 'serious fun'.
  • High Flyers will gather participant feedback via anonymous critique forms.
  • The client and High Flyers will debrief the mission to establish success in achieving client objectives.
  • If the client is satisfied the objectives have been achieved, High Flyers will provide an invoice for the agreed fee.
  • If the client is not satisfied the objectives have been achieved, they will not be charged for our service.

  • Please note: Where High Flyers training has incorporated actual flying in aircraft, the service is provided by third parties. The client is required to pay for any completed flying component. This requirement is irrespective of any arrangement of non-payment for the components provided solely by High Flyers.
